A very attractive shoe, better looking on than in the photo. Good arch support. I purchased a 9AA (my usual size) and the length was exact, width accurate for a AA. The heel was a little loose, I kept the shoe anyway and put a clear silicone pad in the ball area which pushed my heel back a little; will still probably need to add a "gripper" around the heel area. In spite of this, a very comfortable shoe anyway.
